Distance Selling Contract

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This contract has been concluded between the service provider StampGo (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") on one side and the business/user registered to the StampGo system (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") on the other side, within the framework of the terms and conditions specified below.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and performance of the digital loyalty system software subscription ordered and paid for by the Buyer electronically via the Seller's website or mobile application.

ARTICLE 3 – CONTRACT SUBJECT SERVICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The service subject to the contract is the digital loyalty management service offered in accordance with the subscription package chosen by the Buyer (Starter, Pro, Enterprise etc.). The sales price including all taxes and payment conditions of the service are as shown on the purchase page.

ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Services performed instantly in the electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Regulation. Therefore, as a rule, it is not possible to return the purchased digital subscription packages. However, the rules on the "Cancellation and Return Policy" page apply for special return conditions.

ARTICLE 5 – AUTHORIZED COURT
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the Buyer or the Seller are authorized according to the monetary limits announced every year by the Ministry of Trade. Istanbul Courts will be authorized for Corporate Buyers.
